Terms and conditions of the “Win cruise tickets” contest.

General provisions
The organizer of the competition is Oletenerife.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) with its registered office at C.Juan Ramos Barrios 16b La Caleta de Guimar 38500, NO Y9257414C.
The organizer is the founder of the prize
The contest is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook.com is not responsible for any activities related to the organization of the contest on the site.
Conditions of participation
The contest is open to adults with a verified profile on Facebook or Instagram.
Participation in the competition is free and voluntary.
Duration of the contest – the contest begins on 24.05.2025 and lasts until 31.105.2025 at 23:59.
The results of the Contest will be announced on 1.06.2025 in the evening via the fanpage on FB and on the profile on IG.
Take a photo or video showing how you would look forward to seeing the dolphins live.
Put a photo or video in a post on your FB or IG profile and tag OleTenerife (fb: https://www.facebook.com/atrakcjenateneryfie or ig: https://www.instagram.com/ole.tenerife/) and tag the person you would like to take on such a cruise
The person who will have the most likes and hearts under their post on the day the results are announced wins
After the 5 days of the competition are over, the points will be counted.
In case of a tie (several people with the same number of points), the time for earning likes will be extended by 24 hours and after this time the points will be counted again (this process will be repeated until the winner is determined)
In the event of a tie, people with the same number of points will be notified on 1.06.2025 about the overtime via a post on the fanpage and IG and in stories and (if possible) in a private message.
The winner of the Contest will be notified of the prize and the terms and conditions of collecting the Prize via a private message sent on Facebook or IG and in a post on the fanpage and profile on IG
The organizer pays attention to respecting the work of others and maintaining culture in expressions.
Entries containing vulgarities and uncensored words will be deleted and will not participate in the contest.
Award
The grand prize is a ticket for 2 people for a 3-hour catamaran cruise on Tenerife – the link with prize details is here.
The prize must be redeemed by 31.12.2025. After this time, the prize is no longer valid.
The winner can swap the cruise for another tour offered by Oletenerife.co.uk at the same or lower price, or choose a more expensive tour by paying the difference.
The prize is not exchangeable for cash equivalent.
The Winner will be informed of the win via a private message on Facebook and in a comment under the final post. The organizer has the right to provide the details of the Winner on the fanpage.
The final arrangements for the prize realization date will be determined individually between the Organizer and the winner.
The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant. In such a case, the prize will be forfeited.
The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data indicated by Participant, and in particular for changes in personal data that make it impossible to find Participant and inform about the awarding of the Prize.
In the case of detection of actions that are inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of Winner in an unauthorized manner, especially by setting up fictitious profiles on Facebook, the participant in question may be excluded from the Contest.
Complaints
Please submit any complaints or comments regarding the rules, conduct or adjudication of the competition by email to: info@ole.quantum-connect.org
The complaint should include the name of the Participant and the reason for the complaint. In the title of the message, please add a description (Facebook Contest – “Win tickets for a cruise”).
Complaints are processed within 30 days of receipt.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conduct the Contest, based on Article 6, paragraph. 1. Letter b of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 EU (hereinafter: “RODO”). The data was collected by the Facebook fanpage of OleTenerife.co.uk
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the execution of the Contest, including issuance of the Prize and announcement of information about the winner (and in the case of an overtime competition, the persons participating in it), and stored until the statute of limitations for possible claims or the expiration of the obligation to archive data under the law.
Final provisions
The organizer reserves the right to exclude those who attempt to manipulate the results or violate the rules of the contest.
Participation in the competition is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of law shall apply.
Disputes relating to and arising from the Contest will be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the organizer’s headquarters.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Contest during its duration. Information about the changes will be posted on the fanpage (https://www.facebook.com/atrakcjenateneryfie) and profile on IG (https://www.instagram.com/ole.tenerife/)
